We can cater for any number of guests, in any venue in Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. If your event is outdoors we can provide a specialist marquee for the food or a unique hog roast trailer with hot and cold drinks available. The style of presentation will vary depending on your corporate event.
We offer stylish, informal dining served by friendly, trained staff. Our food is simple, quality, local where possible and of course, tasty.
We have a choice of local beef and lamb, scottish venison, free range turkey, wild salmon, tasty homemade vegetarian food, naughty cakes, desserts, fresh breads and seasonal salads to suit all tastes.
Country canapes - assorted nibbles with a difference; fruit kebabs & almond tins, sugar snap peas stufffed with cream cheese & houmous, homemade mini sausages with sweet chilli & tomato dip, bruchetettini topped with tuna & cucumber, oat thins with caramalised onion chutney and mature cheddar.
